This qualification is designed to meet the needs of managers in community services.

If you are a volunteer program manager with a minimum of two years experience (in the past 5 years) with a volunteer management specialisation this may be the qualification for you.

This qualification is a unique and exciting way to advance your professional competency and career as a volunteer program manager, and is delivered by NVETS with its qualified and experienced trainers and assessors.

To complete this qualification, volunteer program managers and other managers will have the responsibility for planning and monitoring service delivery, recruitment and performance management of other paid staff and/or volunteers, managing risk and contributing to continuous improvement within their program.

NVETS is committed to providing Advanced training for Volunteer Managers in Australia, reflected by winning the South Australian Adult Learners Week Award in 2013 for delivery of our Advanced Diploma Qualification.

Note that CHCVOL003 and CHCVOL004 although under the Packaging Rules are Electives rather than Core Units, NVETS has chosen to make them Core as the Qualification is intended  for Managers who are likely to be working in fields involving Volunteer Management

The course is delivered over fourteen(14) workshops/days, over 7 months, two (2) consecutive training days per month, and is designed to suit individuals and organisational need.
