Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Management BSB61015

The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, delivered by NVETS, is specifically designed to meet the needs of the volunteer program managers who are interested in a general management and leadership qualification.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, along with relevant experience in leadership and management. At this level you will be using initiative and effective judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions.

To maximise your learning and professional development, the Volunteer Managers will need experience in managing volunteers for at least 2 years in a professional capacity and currently working in a role providing oversight or management of volunteer programs.

Our trainers and assessors are highly qualified and experienced volunteer program manager who have been successfully managing medium to large size programs, and posses a wealth of knowledge related to leadership and management.

NOTE: Because of it’s compatibility, this qualification can be bundled with CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management. So, for only a little extra work, you can walk away with a dual Advanced Diploma.

If you wish to do this course on it’s own with a focus on Volunteer Program Management:

The training will involve a mix of workshops and individual tasks and projects directly related to your workplace It requires a minimum of 14 days of direct training, face to face, plus individual projects and tasks, and learning is support accessible.
